Quality Policy

"Once the Mission and Vision defined, Tecor assumes as commitments to continued improvement, the following aspects:


  • Efficiency and suitability of the Quality Management System, according to ISO 9001: 2015 reference standard;
  • Competitiveness of services in terms of Quality, Safety, Environment, Cost and Deadline;
  • Optimization of processes in line with the strategic objectives at various levels;
  • Motivation and integration of employees in the spirit of the standard, through the renovation and upgrading of skills, the communication and its participation / involvement.
  • Interactive communication with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, in the sense of satisfaction of expected requirement levels in strict compliance with applicable law;
  • Improving the work environment in a perspective of social responsibility to the community, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders with particular attention to the conditions of Safety and Health at Work;
  • Efficient management of resources in a cost-benefit perspective, for new technologies. 

The commitments assumed in the quality policy involves the entire organization, so the Administration, takes responsibility for its communication, as well as their implementation. "
